Whether you are feeling excited, fearful, uncertain or curious about your birthing journey, you are so very welcome here.
Why Hypnobirthing ?
Hypnobirthing uses evidence-based techniques including breathing, relaxation, visualisation and education to reduce fear and tension. When we feel calmer, our bodies can work more efficiently, supporting our birth journeys.
Over our time together I would love for you and your birth partner to feel empowered, calm, confident and informed as you prepare for the birth of your baby, whatever that journey looks like and helps you embrace any twists and turns it may take. Through simple but powerful techniques such as breathing, relaxation and mindset preparation, you will both learn how to approach labour feeling more in control and supported.
My aim is to create a safe, encouraging space where you can explore your options, understand your body and feel empowered to make the choices that are right for you. Whether this is your first baby or you have given birth before, hypnobirthing can help you feel more positive, prepared and confident for the journey ahead.
With the right knowledge and support, birth can be a truly beautiful, deeply positive and empowering experience.
I am so passionate about creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome to explore hypnobirthing in their own way. My sessions are warm, supportive and down-to-earth. Learning is easier when we feel comfortable and at ease.
Having worked closely with hundreds of families over the years, I have seen first hand that confidence grows and amazing things can be achieved when people feel informed, listened to, supported and trusted to make the right decisions for themselves.
