Alongside our sessions, you will receive a full set of BPIAB birth preparation and hypnobirthing cards which will help consolidate your learning alongside giving you access to a large on-line resource library (no relying on Dr Google) a wealth of supporting videos and MP3 recordings, allowing you to practise relaxation and visualisation in your own time and build confidence as your due date approaches.

I am always at the end of the phone to offer continuous care so you feel held every step of the way.

The early weeks with a new baby often bring broken sleep but as a Night Doula I will be there to ensure everyone gets as much sleep as possible!

This service is designed to help you feel supported, reassured and more refreshed, so you can enjoy your baby and approach each day with greater confidence and energy.

Each night of support provides 10 hours of dedicated care, with flexible start and finish times tailored to suit your family’s routine.

Overnight support can be purchased as a one night service or we can create a package of more consistent support. It can be combined with any of my other services.

What my time with you might look like:

Caring for your baby while you rest

I will gently care for your baby during the night, supporting you in getting more restorative sleep.

Support may include:

• Settling and soothing your baby

• Bringing baby to you for feeds
