Nurturing Support for the Early Days

The early days with your new baby can feel magical, emotional, tender and at times overwhelming. This 20-hour postnatal Doula support package offers gentle, nurturing guidance as you recover, adjust and grow in confidence as a new parent, with the flexibility to add additional hours should you feel you would benefit from further support.

As your Doula, I provide calm, reassuring, practical and emotional support, helping you feel cared for while you focus on bonding with your baby. My approach is always non-judgemental, compassionate and centred around you and your individual needs.

These hours can be used flexibly in a way that feels most helpful to you, whether that is in longer visits or shorter sessions over the first few weeks.

How I can support you after your birth:

Emotional reassurance and a listening ear

Gentle birth reflection and debrief

Feeding support guidance

I provide all round support as you establish feeding, whether breastfeeding, bottle feeding or combination feeding, and help you feel comfortable responding to your baby’s cues.

Practical help at home

Small practical tasks can make a big difference in the early days. I am happy to help with light household support so you can rest and recover.
This may include:

  • Preparing simple snacks or drinks

  • Tidying baby areas

  • Spending time with your baby while you shower or have some much need you time

  • Supporting you in creating a relaxed and chilled environment

  • Helping out with your other children you may have

Building confidence with your baby

Allowing you time for rest and recovery

Your wellbeing really matters. Having extra support allows you to take time to rest, recover and adjust physically and emotionally after birth.
