What our time together looks like:

Hypnobirthing and Birth Preparation

This comprehensive BPIAB birth preparation and hypnobirthing course - a scientifically and medically based method - is designed to help you and your birth partner feel calm, confident and fully prepared for the birth of your baby. Delivered in-person or online, through a supportive and informative approach, together we will go through practical techniques to help you manage anxiety, understand your body and approach birth feeling empowered and in control. Ready and excited to meet your baby.

This immersive course runs across two x 3-hour sessions - although I prefer not to clock watch - giving you the time and space to absorb the learning, practice techniques and ask questions in a relaxed and chilled environment. I will guide you through the curriculum, covering breathing techniques, deep relaxation, mindset preparation and essential knowledge about the birth process, helping you feel informed and confident in your choices.

Alongside our sessions, you will receive a full set of BPIAB birth preparation and hypnobirthing cards which will help consolidate your learning alongside giving you access to a large on-line resource library (no relying on Dr Google) a wealth of supporting videos and MP3 recordings, allowing you to practise relaxation and visualisation in your own time and build confidence as your due date approaches.

I am always at the end of the phone to offer continuous care so you feel held every step of the way.

Birth Doula Support

On-call birth support - 38 weeks to 42 weeks, 24/7

I am on call for you for four weeks giving you peace of mind that my support is always close by. When established labour begins, I will join you to provide calm, steady reassurance, helping you stay focused and relaxed while supporting your birth preferences.

During labour I will be by your side to offer:

  • Continuous emotional reassurance

  • Gentle guidance with breathing and relaxation

  • Comfort techniques and positioning suggestions

  • Advocacy support, helping communicate your wishes and birth plan

  • Encouragement and reassurance for both you and your birth partner

  • A calm, nurturing presence throughout your birth experience.

I can stay with you for the golden hours until after your baby’s first couple of feeds and leave when you are settled and happy for me to go.

Postnatal Doula Care

Nurturing Support for the Early Days

The early days with your new baby can feel magical, emotional, tender and at times overwhelming. This 20-hour postnatal Doula support package offers gentle, nurturing guidance as you recover, adjust and grow in confidence as a new parent, with the flexibility to add additional hours should you feel you would benefit from further support.

As your Doula, I provide calm, reassuring, practical and emotional support, helping you feel cared for while you focus on bonding with your baby. My approach is always non-judgemental, compassionate and centred around you and your individual needs.

These hours can be used flexibly in a way that feels most helpful to you, whether that is in longer visits or shorter sessions over the first few weeks.

How I can support you after your birth:

Emotional reassurance and a listening ear

Gentle birth reflection and debrief

Feeding support guidance

I provide all round support as you establish feeding, whether breastfeeding, bottle feeding or combination feeding, and help you feel comfortable responding to your baby’s cues.

Practical help at home

Small practical tasks can make a big difference in the early days. I am happy to help with light household support so you can rest and recover.
This may include:

  • Preparing simple snacks or drinks

  • Tidying baby areas

  • Spending time with your baby while you shower, rest or spend time with your other children

  • Supporting you in creating a relaxed and chilled environment

  • Helping out with your other children

Building confidence with your baby

Allowing you time for rest and recovery

Your wellbeing really matters. Having extra support allows you to take time to rest, recover and adjust physically and emotionally after birth.

Flexible, personalised support

Every family is unique, so we will use these hours in the way that feels most supportive to you.

Continuous care, calm reassurance

This complete package offers the reassurance of knowing you are supported at every stage, helping you approach birth and early parenthood with confidence, calm and positivity.
